INSTRUCTION FOR USE:

Boil Toor Dal and required vegetables in a cooker/ a vessel.

Add the tamarind juice and salt as required proportion.

Add 1 Tsp of sambar powder or the required quantity depending on the spicy taste that you want to relish & boil well for about 5-6 min.

Take little ghee in a small kadai, heat it and add mustard, Hing and curry leaves, once it splutters, put it into sambar.
