Once the product is ordered, after payment and we treat this as your confirmation. And we do despatch on priority and the same cannot follow a route of reverse logistics since this is a food product or falls under Grocery & Gourmet Section. Hence we follow a policy of “No Return” and “No Refund” Once ordered, cannot be reversed at any point in time. Inconvenience regretted.
